Key experience

Acted for the Austria banking division of a global banking and financial services company on a USD 170 million loan facility, together with a USD 250 million accordion increase and securitization, which was extended to a multinational oil and petroleum products trading company based in Dubai.

 

Acted for an Italian global banking and financial services company on a USD 80 million loan facility, together with a USD 230 million accordion increase and securitization, which was extended to a multinational company based in the UAE and operating in the downstream and midstream sectors of the oil and energy industry.

 

Acted as Singapore counsel to the syndicated lenders on the mortgage registration and Singapore security package required for the USD 124 million refinancing of five MR tankers and two LR1 tankers.

 

Advised a FTSE-100 listed international group on the restructuring of its intra-group financing arrangements with a transaction value in excess of USD 700 million.
