Acted for a US multinational investment bank and financial services organisation on the USD 1 billion indirect acquisition of a global logistics services provider from a US private equity investment firm. This included a network of over 90 facilities in 25 countries.
Assisted a fintech payments company from incorporation to rounds of investment funding and then as transaction counsel for a cash exit sale of shares valued at approximately USD 130 million to a Netherlands-based global fintech company that provides payment technology to online merchants.
Acted for a US-based global enterprise information management services company on the approximately USD 100 million acquisition and subsequent leaseback of a data centre in Singapore. The data centre was acquired from a global wealth manager, and an investment bank and financial services company based in Switzerland.
