Sharon is a founding partner of the firm. Prior to joining GT Law, she worked for a top 10 global firm where she advised on corporate transactional and commercial matters. She acted for Asian, European, UK and US-based organisations, including NASDAQ-listed multinationals, investment banks and other financial institutions.

Recent experience includes advising a Malaysian organisation on the SGD 30 million (USD 22 million) acquisition of an international fast-food franchise in Singapore and Malaysia. Sharon also acted for the owners of a heritage office building in Singapore, advising on a joint venture with a Japanese conglomerate for a proposed SGD 320 million (USD 235 million) redevelopment.

Given the size and complexity of a number of her matters,  Sharon has developed expertise in project management, an essential skill for multi-jurisdiction deals, including large, cross-border M&A transactions.

Sector specialisms include technology, and Sharon advises Singapore, regional and international clients on commercial issues, data privacy, and e-commerce, including B2B and B2C. Recent work includes advising the Singapore developers of a reusable respirator for surgical face masks on their global distribution agreements, and on a 3D wound care management solution.

​Sharon acts as Singapore counsel in lending and security transactions, advising international and regional investment and commercial banks and other financial organisations.
