The Commercial team has advised these and other clients on the full range of agreements and contracts, including agency and distribution, colocation, manufacturing and supply, outsourcing and other service provision agreements, sponsorships and agreements that govern strategic relationships.


The team provides clients with an assessment of the commercial and legal risks and issues, advice on the risks and issues most likely to affect the deal and the best means of addressing those risks.

Acted for a US based multinational technology conglomerate on its multi-million dollar leasing arrangements of various data center colocation spaces in Asia-Pacific.

Assisted a leading US automation and control solutions provider for commercial and residential buildings with the Singapore aspects of its license and maintenance agreements.
