Yuh Huey advises on financial institutions and corporates on a full range of regulatory and compliance matters including:

In her Private Client practice, Yuh Huey advises high-net-worth individuals, families and private banks on:

• Set-up and licensing of single family offices

• Private banking products, including insurance premium financing

 

Her clients include local and international billionaires, owners of listed and private companies and leading trust companies and private banks.

Debt Capital Markets and Employment

Yuh Huey has significant experience in Debt Capital Markets, having advised government bodies and major corporates including CapitaLand, Changi Airport Group, City Developments, Keppel Corporation, Olam, SATS, and StarHub on securities offerings and restructuring transactions.

As regards her employment practice, Yuh Huey regularly advises multi-national companies on employment, immigration and regulatory issues, including the establishment of local employment practices, termination of employment and share incentive plans.

• Member, Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Services (CMFAS) Examinations Board, appointed by the Institute of Banking & Finance. CMFAS examinations are the licensing examinations for the representatives of capital markets and financial advisory services licensees in Singapore
